Information and why we use it

A buyer inquiry can include your name, business, email, destination market, estimated volume and message. An agent application can include your name, email, optional company and phone, country, territories, professional experience, business sectors, message and your request to be contacted about the application. We use these details to read, evaluate and reply to your request, and to take any further steps you ask us to take.

For a person who is personally seeking a contract, responding may be necessary to take steps requested before a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For contact details supplied as a representative of a business, responding may be based on the legitimate interest in handling a relevant business inquiry under Article 6(1)(f), subject to the applicable balancing assessment. The agent form's contact request concerns that application only; it is not a marketing subscription. We do not describe it as consent to unrelated marketing.

If you choose to remember site preferences, the site stores your selected language and unsent form drafts in this browser tab. Drafts can contain the personal information you type. Remembering preferences is optional and separate from sending a form. The site can be browsed and either form used without enabling this storage.

Only after an affirmative choice, if collection is enabled on an approved production site, the site may send final LCP, INP and CLS page-speed values with a page family and language. Where data goes

Replit provides the website, application hosting and its configured database used for daily, coarse speed-measurement totals when collection is enabled. The private editorial-review route uses Clerk authentication and authorization; it processes account/session information and editor decisions only when you visit and sign in to that private route. It is not loaded as a public customer account system.

Provider processing locations, retention in provider or mailboxes, contractual roles and applicable transfer safeguards have not been independently confirmed. Ask us at the privacy contact above for information, or consult the provider's notices. Do not send customer/third-party personal information in an agent referral. WhatsApp, Viber or email links are opened only if you choose them; their providers process the information you submit to them under their own terms.

Storage and retention

Browser drafts last for the current browser tab/session as controlled by the browser and can be removed at any time using Cookie settings; they are removed after a successful form submission. A chosen language and privacy choice are stored on this device for up to 180 days. Daily speed measurements are retained in grouped form for 30 calendar days. Contact IP addresses use a 15-minute rate-limiting window; periodic cleanup normally removes expired entries from application memory within about 30 minutes; ordinary technical requests may also be handled by the hosting provider.

Inquiry/application email retention is controlled by the business mail recipient and its provider; no automated mailbox deletion schedule was verified. We review those messages and keep them only as long as needed to handle the request, any resulting relationship, and applicable legal claims or obligations. Account session periods are controlled by the authentication provider. Confirm provider and mailbox retention with us before relying on a fixed period.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to the law and any applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time in Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. Withdrawal from optional measurements does not identify or erase past grouped totals. Email info@cbdisolatesupply.com to make a request. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner or another competent data-protection authority, including one where you live or work. No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made through these website forms.

Interaction analytics

Separately optional: when enabled, consented interactions are counted in our own database as daily totals with approved action, source and language labels. No form contents, raw URLs, query strings, fragments, referrers or visitor IDs. Retained for 30 UTC calendar days with hourly cleanup. Withdraw here. No automatic pageviews are sent by this collector; hosting analytics must be disabled separately.

With the same permission, profile, agent-programme, supplier-checklist and contact-link clicks, plus FAQ openings, are counted. Contact clicks identify only the channel, not the address or number, and do not confirm a conversation. A click does not confirm that content was read.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) runs on public pages independently of these choices, including before a choice and after Reject optional. These controls do not disable it. It measures page use and device information with _ga and _ga_4ZKCVNPESR cookies for up to 180 days; processing may occur outside the EEA. Browser privacy signals are respected; internal pages and advertising features are excluded. Our explicit pageviews omit form contents, query strings, URL fragments and referrers. Google's automatic events can separately include search terms and form or link metadata; these require controls in Google Analytics, not these site choices. Google's retention settings also apply.
