Storage we use

Privacy choices: a first-party local-storage record remembers your optional selections for up to 180 days, so your choice is respected on later visits.

Language preference: local storage remembers the language you select for up to 180 days only if you enable Remember language and form drafts. The language in the current address works without it.

Form drafts: session storage can remember the fields you type in the buyer and agent forms, plus relevant form state, in this browser session after you enable Remember language and form drafts. It is not needed to send a form, and it is removed on successful submission.

Private editor sign-in: if you visit the separate /internal review tool and sign in, Clerk may set session/security cookies required for authentication. Their exact names and expiration depend on the configured authentication service. Public shopping-information pages do not load this editor login.

There is no performance-settings network request before you choose optional measurements. If you enable them and the owner has enabled collection, final LCP, INP and CLS values are grouped by page family and language for a maximum of 30 days. This feature is not a cookie. A request necessarily passes ordinary connection data such as IP address to the serving infrastructure.

Your choices

When optional purposes are available, choose Accept optional, Reject optional or Manage choices. Optional choices start off. You can reopen this panel from the footer and change or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting optional storage does not disable the business inquiry forms. Clearing your browser storage also removes the local choice; the notice may then appear again.

Preferences are limited to remembering a chosen language and unsent drafts. Performance is a separate, optional measurement purpose. No advertising, remarketing, social-media pixel or external analytics provider is included in the inspected public implementation. If a future change introduces another non-essential purpose, it must be described and kept off unless you choose it.

Control or clear storage

Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change the choices this site stores. You can also clear this site's browser storage using your browser's controls. Clearing it deletes unsent browser drafts and remembered language. If a page is open with unsaved form data and you have not allowed draft saving, changing language warns you before the data is lost.

Storage and measurement settings are based on the code inspected for this release. Provider updates may change authentication cookies; verify the deployed browser behavior and provider details before relying on a specific cookie inventory.

Interaction analytics

Separately optional: when enabled, consented interactions are counted in our own database as daily totals with approved action, source and language labels. No form contents, raw URLs, query strings, fragments, referrers or visitor IDs. Retained for 30 UTC calendar days with hourly cleanup. Withdraw here. No automatic pageviews are sent by this collector; hosting analytics must be disabled separately.

With the same permission, profile, agent-programme, supplier-checklist and contact-link clicks, plus FAQ openings, are counted. Contact clicks identify only the channel, not the address or number, and do not confirm a conversation. A click does not confirm that content was read.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) runs on public pages independently of these choices, including before a choice and after Reject optional. These controls do not disable it. It measures page use and device information with _ga and _ga_4ZKCVNPESR cookies for up to 180 days; processing may occur outside the EEA. Browser privacy signals are respected; internal pages and advertising features are excluded. Our explicit pageviews omit form contents, query strings, URL fragments and referrers. Google's automatic events can separately include search terms and form or link metadata; these require controls in Google Analytics, not these site choices. Google's retention settings also apply.
